The glass bottle with spray atomizer is a practical packaging material for gentle dispensing of liquid preparations where precise application in a small amount is important. Thanks to the use of glass and a high-quality mechanical atomizer, it is suitable for cosmetic formulations, aromatherapy blends and DIY projects. The darker tinted glass also helps to protect the contents from the effects of light, which is advantageous for light-sensitive formulations.
This glass bottle with atomizer is supplied as a functional combination of packaging and dosing, ready for direct use with liquid preparations suitable for this type of application. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – verifying sealing performance, dosing uniformity, the behaviour of the packaging in long-term contact with the specific formulation, and the appropriate method of storage.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, both the bottle and the atomizer must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable product, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After completely drying, the packaging can be refilled.
We recommend that after emptying the bottle, the atomizer is rinsed several times with clean water or a diluted detergent solution and then sprayed through thoroughly to remove residues of the original product. After rinsing, it is advisable to use a disinfectant alcohol and again spray several times so that the alcohol reaches the entire mechanism. Before the next use, allow all parts to dry well at room temperature.
The bottle with atomizer is ideal for liquid, low-viscosity formulations that need to be dispensed as a fine mist – for example facial toners, floral waters, air fresheners, hair tonics or disinfectant solutions. For very thick emulsions or oils, spraying may be limited, so we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and checking the suitability of dosing for the specific product.
If you decide not to continue using the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting regulations. After emptying and rinsing, the glass bottle should be placed in the appropriate glass container according to the designation in the product parameters. The plastic atomizer and any other plastic parts can, after being separated from the glass, be placed in plastic collection if the waste sorting system in your area allows it. Before recycling, always check the pictograms and the information in the parameter table for the specific product on the site.
To choose suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging material category. In the filter you can conveniently set the required parameters, such as neck type, size, colour or packaging material. This allows you to quickly find bottles, medicine bottles, jars or containers that meet the needs of your product and the selected method of dosing.
We recommend storing filled bottles well closed, in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. The stability of the contents is also supported by protection against frequent temperature fluctuations and contamination – therefore, during handling, pay attention to the cleanliness of the working environment and do not leave the open bottle exposed longer than is necessary for filling or use.
