The green glass bottle with a black-and-gold glossy dispenser represents an elegant and practical packaging solution for modern skincare, body care and hair care formulas. Thanks to its precise workmanship, it is suitable for filling various liquid or lightly gel-based products that require accurate, hygienic and controlled dispensing. The darker-tinted glass helps protect more sensitive ingredients from light, thereby contributing to better stability and longer shelf life of the contents.
The packaging design combines a professional appearance and functionality – the decorative dispenser enables comfortable use while also giving the final product a premium character. Such a bottle is ideal for small cosmetic batches, trial sizes, gift sets and premium products where the visual impression, precise dosing and repeatable quality with every use are important.
This glass bottle is supplied in combination with a dispenser that is designed to provide reliable and controlled dosing during everyday handling. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the final product will be stable and comfortable to use under real-life conditions.

The glass bottle is suitable for most cosmetic formulations based on oils and emulsions, including products containing active substances and plant oils. The tinted glass helps limit light penetration, which is advantageous for light-sensitive ingredients. For every new formula, however, we recommend performing your own stability and compatibility test with the packaging to verify how the product behaves over time.
The bottle can be reused provided that strict hygiene rules are followed. Before every new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol available in our range: IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After cleaning, allow the bottle and the dispenser to dry completely and only then fill them again, ideally with the same or a similar type of product, in order to minimize the risk of undesirable reactions.
First, rinse the bottle with a suitable residual solvent (for example, oil for oil-based products or lukewarm water for emulsion formulations), then wash it with a mild cleaning agent and rinse thoroughly. After mechanical cleaning, apply disinfection – we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of a quality suitable for cosmetic use from our range: IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Clean the dispenser gently so as not to damage the mechanism and always make sure that all parts are completely dry before refilling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed, after thorough emptying and cleaning, into the separate collection for glass. The dispenser is mostly made from a combination of plastic and metal components, so we recommend separating it from the glass and following local waste-sorting rules. Always remove product residues before disposal to avoid contaminating the recycling stream.
