The aluminum bottle with sprayer represents a practical and representative packaging for various liquid formulations, where precise and gentle application of the product is important. Thanks to the stable metal body and high-quality spray mechanism, it is suitable for filling cosmetic, cleaning and creative blends that are applied in the form of a mist or spray. The bottle is designed to withstand normal handling in households, salons and small-scale artisan production, while at the same time providing a professional appearance in the final product packaging.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the bottle and sprayer thoroughly and then disinfect them with a suitable preparation, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based are suitable. Only after complete drying and airing can you refill the bottle with a new formulation.
First, the sprayer should be disassembled into individual parts that can be separated without using force. Rinse them in warm water with a mild cleaning agent and then rinse with clean water. For disinfection, you can use a suitable alcohol solution and press the mechanism several times so that the disinfectant passes through the entire dosing path. After thoroughly drying all parts, reassemble the sprayer and carry out test spraying with water to verify stable and even dosing.
The spray bottle is most suitable for low-viscosity and moderately thin liquids where the aim is to create a fine mist or an even film on the skin, hair or surfaces. Water-based solutions, hydrolats, light emulsion sprays and solutions with a low proportion of oil phase are ideal. Thick emulsions, gels or highly viscous blends may cause irregular dosing, so before final filling it is advisable to test the behavior of the specific formulation in a smaller amount.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules and the information given in the product parameter sheet. After thorough emptying and rinsing, the aluminum bottle can be placed with metal packaging, provided that the sorting system in your municipality allows this. The plastic parts of the sprayer (head, tube) must be separated and placed in the appropriate waste stream according to the specified material composition. Proper sorting reduces the burden on the environment and allows the material to be reused.
