The aluminium bottle with white cap represents a light and durable packaging suitable for carefully formulated liquid and slightly viscous products. Thanks to the stable material and high-quality closure, it helps protect the contents from external influences and is a popular choice for small and medium production batches of cosmetics or home-made preparations.
This practical aluminium bottle is ideal wherever safe storage, good handling and a professional appearance of the finished product are important. It is suitable as both cosmetic and technical packaging – depending on the selected type of fill and the method of dispensing.
Individual aluminium bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected in the product detail. The packaging–closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be reused provided hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly washed, the integrity of the inner surface checked and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and ensures safe repeated use of the packaging.
Before the first filling, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable soapy or surfactant solution, then thoroughly rinsing with drinking water and allowing it to dry completely. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the interior of the packaging and the contact surfaces of the closure with an alcohol solution (e.g. IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný) and allow it to air out. Only then is the bottle ready to be filled with your product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is advisable to place it into the recycling stream according to the material specified in the product parameters. Aluminium packaging is usually collected in containers intended for metal packaging, and it is necessary to remove any product residues and separate any plastic parts of the closure where possible. The specific method of sorting may differ depending on local waste collection rules, so we recommend following the instructions of your municipality or collection company.
The light and strong aluminium packaging is suitable for carrying in a bag, cosmetic pouch or travel kit, because it is less prone to breakage than glass packaging. We recommend always checking that the closure is firmly tightened and, for very fluid or low-viscosity formulations, considering the use of a suitable sealing element or a travel case to minimise the risk of product leakage during transport.
