Aluminium bottle with white cap represents a durable and professional-looking packaging suitable for filling various liquid and slightly viscous preparations. The compact metal bottle provides reliable protection of the contents against external influences and is ideal for smaller product volumes for travelling, sample testing or special concentrates. Thanks to the high-quality material and precisely fitting cap, this packaging is a practical solution for cosmetic, craft and technical formulations.
The aluminium bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable disinfectant, for example with isopropyl alcohol or with denatured ethanol of plant origin. Only after the inner surface is completely dry is the bottle ready for further safe use.
The aluminium bottle with white cap is particularly suitable for liquid cosmetic products such as toners, serums, oil blends, hair tonics or aromatic compositions. Thanks to the rigid material it is also suitable for concentrated solutions, test samples and small amounts of specialised preparations. Before final use we always recommend verifying the compatibility of the specific formula with this type of metal packaging.
After the contents have been used up, we recommend first rinsing the bottle with a suitable solvent or mild cleaning agent that is compatible with your formulation and then with clean water (if the nature of the product allows this). The packaging then needs to be disinfected – for example using IPA 99 % or 96 % ethanol. After the alcohol has completely evaporated and the interior has dried, the bottle is ready for further use.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, its recycling is recommended according to the material designation given in the product parameters. The contents of the bottle must be completely used up or safely disposed of according to the nature of the product, and the bottle must be emptied and freed from residues. It can then be placed in the appropriate sorted waste stream for metal packaging in accordance with local waste collection rules. When transporting it, we recommend always checking that the cap is tightly screwed on and, in the case of air travel, placing the packaging in a resealable bag or pouch. With proper closing and handling, the aluminium bottle provides a practical solution for transporting smaller amounts of favourite products from larger containers.
