The aluminium bottle is suitable mainly for liquid and mildly viscous products, including oil blends. For thicker formulations, we recommend choosing a suitable type of closure or applicator that will ensure smooth dosing. Before implementing it in production, it is advisable to test the behaviour of the specific formulation in the packaging, especially in terms of pouring, dosing and possible deposits.

Can I use this bottle repeatedly for different products?

The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed, but we recommend keeping it always for the same type of product or formulation group in order to avoid residual odours and possible influence on subsequent formulations. Before each new filling, the bottle must be cleaned and thoroughly disinfected with a suitable alcohol, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Disinfection helps minimise microbiological risks and supports longer stability of the filled product.

How should I clean the aluminium packaging so that it does not get damaged?

To clean the aluminium bottle, we recommend using a mild cleaning agent suitable for contact with packaging, lukewarm water and gentle mechanical cleaning without abrasive sponges.
