The aluminum bottle with a gold dispenser represents an elegant and practical packaging suitable for various types of liquid cosmetic products. The combination of a metal bottle and a dosing pump ensures controlled and hygienic application of the product, minimizes waste and increases comfort during use. This packaging is particularly suitable for formulations where protection from air and convenient dispensing in the bathroom, salon and while travelling is important.
Before filling, we recommend always mechanically cleaning the packaging and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. In practice, it has proved effective to rinse the inside of the bottle and spray through the dispenser with a disinfectant solution based on alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts of the packaging to dry thoroughly and only then fill them with the chosen product.
The packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene principles are observed and it is thoroughly cleaned between individual fillings. Before each new filling it is necessary to rinse the bottle and the dispenser, remove any residual greasiness depending on the character of the previous filling and then disinfect, for example using the product IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Packaging prepared in this way is suitable for reuse for the same or a similar type of product.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, it is advisable first to empty it completely and remove any product residues. After removing the plastic parts of the dispenser, the metal body of the bottle is usually placed in the container designated for metal packaging. The dispenser itself typically consists of several types of plastics and mechanical parts, which are sorted within regular waste separation according to local rules – most often into the plastics container. We recommend following the recycling symbols listed in the product parameters on the page as well as the waste separation rules in your municipality.
The dosing pump is designed to work reliably with commonly used liquid and slightly viscous cosmetic formulations. Thick butters, balms or very viscous gels may make dosing difficult. For oil blends, use is generally trouble-free, but we always recommend making a trial filling and testing the behaviour of the formulation in the packaging over several days, including long-term storage at the chosen temperature.

There you can conveniently filter according to parameters such as the type and diameter of the neck, the overall size and shape of the packaging, the colour or the material used. By combining these criteria, you will quickly narrow down the selection to the packaging that best matches the specific product and method of use.
