Is this aluminium bottle suitable for hot or freshly cooked fills?

The aluminium packaging is intended primarily for filling at normal or slightly elevated temperatures that are in line with the parameters stated for the product. When working with hot fills, we recommend first checking the behaviour of the packaging on a small trial quantity, monitoring shape stability, closure sealing and any changes in the consistency or fragrance of the product after cooling.

Can I use this bottle repeatedly for different types of products?

The packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene rules are followed and the compatibility of the material with the given type of fill is taken into account. Before each refilling, it is essential to thoroughly clean and disinfect both the bottle and the closure, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. We recommend planning repeated use so that fundamentally different types of products (for example oily oils and watery toners) are not alternated in the same packaging, unless you have verified that the cleaning is sufficient.

How should I properly clean and disinfect the aluminium bottle before further use?

Before refilling, remove any remnants of the previous fill, rinse the packaging with a suitable cleaning agent and clean water and allow it to drain thoroughly. Afterwards, we recommend disinfecting both the bottle and the closure with an alcohol solution, for example using isopropylalkoholu or etanolu. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry naturally in a clean, dust-free place. When handling, pay attention to the hygiene of your hands and work surfaces in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination.

How should I correctly recycle this aluminium bottle if I do not want to continue using it?

If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the information about the material given in the parameter table for the product. In most cases, aluminium packaging is sorted into the container intended for metal packaging. Before placing it in the separate collection, it is advisable to empty the bottle, remove any remaining contents and separate the metal or plastic closure if it is made of a different material than the body of the packaging. Local waste sorting rules may differ, so it is advisable to check the recommendations of your collection system.
