Is this aluminium bottle with sprayer suitable for thicker oil or emulsion products?

The sprayer is primarily designed for liquid and low-viscosity preparations where fine and even atomisation is required. Thicker oils, emulsions or gels may reduce the comfort of dosing or completely prevent proper spraying. Before filling the final product, we recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the behaviour of the sprayer with the specific formula.

Can I reuse this bottle for different formulations?

Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is important to thoroughly clean the bottle and the spray mechanism and then disinfect them with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly and only then fill with a new formulation.

How should I care for the aluminium bottle so that it retains its appearance and functionality?

For routine maintenance, gentle washing with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water is sufficient, while avoiding aggressive abrasive cleaners that could damage the surface of the bottle or the decoration. When cleaning the sprayer, we recommend pumping clean water through the mechanism several times to remove product residues from the tube and the spray head. Then let all parts air dry at room temperature.

How should I correctly dispose of or recycle this aluminium bottle if I no longer wish to use it?
