Aluminium bottle with transparent trigger sprayer is a practical and durable packaging suitable for filling a wide range of liquid products where convenient and even spraying is required. Thanks to the robust metal container and high-quality spray mechanism, it is ideal for cosmetic preparations, cleaning solutions and craft formulations where simple and controlled application is important.
The bottle is designed to withstand everyday use in both home and professional environments. The trigger sprayer allows for fine and even misting over a larger area, which increases user comfort and reduces product waste. The aluminium body also helps protect the contents from external influences and mechanical damage.
This assembled combination of bottle + trigger sprayer is prepared on Handymade as a functional and tested unit, suitable for immediate use without the need for additional components. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. Only after complete drying is the bottle ready for refilling.
Clean the sprayer by first separating it from the bottle, rinsing it with clean water and, depending on the type of fill, briefly spraying through the head so that product residues are removed from the inside. It is then advisable to perform disinfection by spraying or by briefly filling with a disinfectant solution, which you again spray through. After emptying, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature. Avoid using very thick or highly viscous preparations that could clog the mechanism.
Before recycling, we recommend emptying the bottle and removing any remaining fill as much as possible. The aluminium body usually belongs in the container intended for metal packaging according to locally applicable waste sorting rules. The plastic sprayer should be separated and sorted according to the instructions of your waste management company (most often into plastics, unless local guidelines state otherwise). Always follow the information given in the parameter table for the specific product and the local recycling rules.
The trigger sprayer is ideal for liquids that need to be applied as a fine mist or evenly over a larger area, for example room fresheners, cleaning agents, spray water for plants, textile sprays or aqueous cosmetic products. It is recommended to use rather low-viscosity solutions without larger undissolved particles so that the nozzle and mechanism do not become clogged.
The simplest way is to use the extended filter in the packaging material category. After clicking on the relevant category, the option to filter according to several parameters appears at the top of the page. You can clearly select packaging according to neck type, size, colour and material, which allows you to quickly find the bottle, jar or dropper bottle that will best suit your product and the dosing method.
Always store the filled packaging tightly closed, in a dry place and at a stable room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Avoid contact with aggressive chemicals and environments that could damage the surface of the bottle. For products sensitive to light or temperature, follow the recommendations of the formulator or the fill manufacturer and, if necessary, choose a protected or shaded storage place.
