The glass bottle with a matte surface and glossy dropper represents an elegant and professional packaging solution for various liquid preparations. It is particularly suitable for filling cosmetic serums, oils, concentrates or other drop formulations, where precise dosing and a representative appearance are important. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the dropper with fine dosing, the contents are protected from contamination during use and allow comfortable, hygienic application even with everyday use.
This bottle belongs among the standalone glass containers that are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters in the offer. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (especially for products with a higher content of alcohol, acids, essential oils or other active substances).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
When planning filling, we recommend taking into account the data in the parameter table (type of material, recommended use, compatibility with the contents and other specifications), so that the choice of packaging is aligned with the character of your formulation and the way the final product will be used.
The dropper medicine bottle is suitable mainly for thin to medium-viscosity liquids, such as facial serums, lighter oils and drop solutions. With very thick oils or gel-like textures, dosing through the dropper may be slower, so we recommend first testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in a small trial batch and verifying whether the dosing method suits you.
The packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. Before each filling, it is necessary to clean the bottle and the dropper thoroughly and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation (for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný). After disinfection, let all parts dry completely so that moisture does not accumulate in the packaging, and only then proceed to filling the final product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition given in the parameter table for the product. The glass bottle can usually be placed in the glass container after emptying and basic rinsing, while the dropper and its individual parts are sorted according to the material used (e.g. plastic, rubber, metal). Before placing them in sorted waste, remove any product residues so that the packaging does not unnecessarily burden the recycling process, and follow the recommendations of your local waste collection system.
To preserve the stability of formulations, we recommend storing the filled bottle in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. After each use, tighten the dropper firmly in order to minimize contact of the contents with air and moisture. For formulations with a higher proportion of sensitive active ingredients, it is advisable to work in the cleanest environment possible and to prevent the dropper from coming into contact with the skin or other surfaces, thereby reducing the risk of microbial contamination.
When selecting a suitable packaging, we recommend using the extended filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. Thanks to the filter, you can easily sort products by neck type, size, colour and material, and choose a solution that best matches the desired dosing, design and composition of your formulation. Detailed information for each packaging can always be found in the product description and in the parameters, where technical data and recommended use are also provided.
