The plastic bottle with black spray pump is a practical packaging material suitable for filling various liquid cosmetic preparations and auxiliary solutions. The spray pump provides fine and even dosing, making the packaging ideal for products that require application in the form of a mist or spray. The design of the packaging is created to provide reliable protection of the contents during storage and use while at the same time allowing convenient handling in both home and professional production.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the spray pump, rinse them and then disinfect them with a suitable agent (for example with isopropyl alcohol or with denatured ethanol of plant origin). After complete drying, the packaging can be filled again. With multiple use, always monitor the condition of the plastic and the functionality of the spray mechanism.
First rinse the bottle with water and, depending on the type of the previous contents, use a suitable cleaning agent (for example a mild detergent or a special cleaner). Then rinse thoroughly with clean water so that no residues of the cleaning agent remain in the container. It is advisable to flush the spray pump by spraying clean water several times through the suction tube. After mechanical cleaning, we recommend disinfecting the inner surfaces of the packaging with an alcoholic solution and allowing it to dry completely in a clean place before refilling.
The bottle with spray pump is intended primarily for aqueous solutions and preparations with appropriate viscosity that can be easily sprayed. Some alcoholic solutions and low-viscosity oil blends may also be compatible, but it is always necessary to carry out your own test: verify whether the mechanism does not remain clogged, whether the plastic material does not change its appearance and whether no undesirable softening or discolouration occurs. Thick emulsions, gels or creams are not suitable for this type of packaging because they could block the spray system.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material marking given in the product parameters. Before handing it over to sorted collection, empty the contents and at least roughly rinse the bottle so that no significant product residues remain in it. Then place it, according to the type of plastic, in the relevant container for sorted waste. The spray pump may consist of several parts, so follow the recommendations in the parameter table and local waste sorting rules.
