Is the packaging suitable for repeated use in home or artisan production?

Yes, this type of bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, however, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol (for example IPA or ethanol products). For disinfection you can use IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based, which are available directly on Handymade.sk.

How should I properly clean and disinfect the bottle before refilling?

After emptying, we recommend first rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution or with warm water and a mild detergent (in accordance with the recommendations for the specific material). Then allow the packaging to dry thoroughly, and before refilling, disinfect it with an alcohol-based preparation, for example with IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or with 96% ethanol, denatured, plant-based. Disinfection helps reduce the risk of microbial contamination and extends the shelf life of your products.

How can I safely dispose of or recycle the packaging after the product has been used up?

If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend emptying it, mechanically cleaning it as well as possible from product residues, and then sorting it according to the material identification stated in the product parameters. You should follow the recycling symbol and the material abbreviation (for example for plastic packaging marked with the relevant recycling symbol). Packaging prepared in this way belongs in the container intended for that type of waste according to local collection rules.
