Is it possible to reuse this plastic bottle?

The bottle can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling it is important to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable agent, for example with isopropyl alcohol or with denatured plant ethanol. In this way you minimize the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of your formulation.

How should I clean the dispenser correctly so that dispensing remains functional?

It is advisable to rinse the dispenser as soon as possible after emptying with warm (not boiling) water, optionally with a mild cleaning agent, to remove product residues from the internal channels. Then it is appropriate to expel the residual water by several pumps and let the component dry at room temperature. When disinfecting, proceed gently so as not to damage the seals and springs in the dispenser mechanism.

Is this bottle suitable for thicker emulsions or only for thin solutions?

The functionality of dispensing always depends on the specific viscosity and composition of the preparation. In general, such bottles with a dispenser are suitable for low-viscosity to medium-viscosity emulsions and gels. Before final implementation on the product we recommend making a trial filling and testing the smoothness of dispensing, the return of the spring and the sealing during normal handling and transport.

How can I safely dispose of or recycle the bottle and dispenser if I do not want to use them further?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to recycle it according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters. Before handing it over for separate collection, empty the contents and, if necessary, rinse the packaging from product residues. Place the bottle itself as well as the dispenser in the appropriate container according to the recycling symbol indicated in the technical data. By following these rules you contribute to the proper processing of plastic waste.
