Cut the base into cubes and heat it in a water bath or microwave in short intervals. Do not boil it; after melting, stir gently and remove surface bubbles with isopropyl alcohol.
Dose colourants gradually to achieve the desired shade; fragrance oils usually at 1–3 % depending on fragrance intensity and compatibility. For products, follow the recommendations and IFRA limits in the documentation.
After pouring, spray the surface with IPA and let it set at room temperature in a dry place. Wrap the finished soaps as soon as possible so that glycerin does not bind moisture from the air.
The complete documentation includes the Safety Data Sheet (SDS), the analytical certificate (Certificate of Analysis), IFRA standards and a list of allergens. The documents are available with the products or on request.
