Plastic cap with safety lock, white is a reliable cap for plastic bottles with matching thread. Thanks to the locking mechanism, it helps to limit unwanted opening during handling and also contains a safety ring that signals a cap breach after the first opening. It is suitable for capping both liquid and dilute products where safety, hygiene and first-opening control are important.
The closure is designed for plastic bottles with matching neck according to product parameters; it is not suitable for GL18 glass vials.Combinations of packaging and caps, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (seal, dispensing and packaging behavior in contact with the specific formulation).

The cap is only compatible with bottles with the corresponding neck type according to the product parameters. Before ordering, we recommend checking the neck label and, in the case of a new combination, performing a seal and compatibility test with your recipe.
The locking ring is used to check the first opening. The first time the cap is unscrewed, the ring breaks/separates, giving a visible sign that the cap has already been opened.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before filling, the packaging should be cleaned and then disinfected, for example with IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol (ALK001) or ethanol 96% (ALK002), and allowed to dry completely.
PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures as deformation may occur. For this reason, we do not recommend boiling or washing the packaging in a dishwasher; choose gentle cleaning and subsequent disinfection instead.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. As it is PET plastic, once it has been emptied (and possibly rinsed), sort it into the sorted plastic collection according to local rules.
