Plastic sprayer 18/415 smoky top 115 mm is a practical solution for even dosing of liquid preparations in a fine spray. Thanks to precise atomization, it is suitable for formulas where quantity control, user comfort and clean application to skin, hair, surfaces or textiles are important.

The sprayer is designed as a functional accessory for a matching bottle, creating a complete packaging for liquid products for home and semi-professional use. How should the sprayer be properly cleaned and prepared before first use or refilling?

The sprayer can be used repeatedly provided that you follow basic hygiene rules. Before filling, always disassemble the sprayer from the bottle, rinse all parts with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, rinse thoroughly and allow to dry. We then recommend disinfecting the components – for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol: IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection, allow the parts to air out completely and only then fill the packaging with your product.

For which types of products is this sprayer most suitable in terms of consistency?

The sprayer is ideal for low-viscosity, liquid formulations – in particular aqueous solutions, hydrolats, alcohol blends, light face and body sprays or lightweight hair products. With thicker emulsions, oil serums or gels, the flow may be restricted and spraying may not produce an even mist. We recommend always testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in the selected packaging in advance.

Can I use this sprayer repeatedly for different products one after another?

Yes, the sprayer can be used repeatedly if you ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection between fillings. After the contents have been used up, disassemble the bottle and sprayer, carefully rinse the mechanical part, allow clean water to run through the dip tube and then disinfect all parts with a suitable alcohol – for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after complete drying and airing of the alcohol should you refill with a new product.

How can I safely dispose of or recycle the sprayer if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to reuse the sprayer, it is recommended to recycle it in accordance with the material information given in the product parameters. Before sorting, always check the material marking on the packaging and in the parameter table on the product page. Then remove any remaining contents, empty the mechanism and place it in the appropriate separated waste according to the recommended recycling symbol. In the case of composite materials, follow local waste collection rules or hand the packaging over to a collection yard, where you will be advised on an appropriate treatment method.
