The glass bottle with a transparent body and a glossy white-and-gold dispenser is an elegant and practical packaging suitable for precise dosing of liquid preparations. Thanks to the sturdy glass container and the high-quality dispensing mechanism, it is ideal for filling formulations where quantity control, hygienic application and the professional appearance of the final product are important. The packaging is suitable for cosmetic and other liquid preparations that require material stability, easy handling and clean dosing without unnecessary waste of the contents.
This product is a separate bottle that is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the selected parameters in the Handymade.sk offer. It can be combined for example with screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators, which make it possible to adapt the packaging to the specific product type and method of use.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – verifying the sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, especially for products containing acids, a high proportion of oils or active substances.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The technical documentation contains the data needed for the correct design of the formula and the packaging, including information important for logistics, storage and labelling of the finished product. We recommend familiarising yourself with this data before the final selection of the packaging for your formulation.
The bottle with dispenser is suitable for most liquid, lightly viscous and oily preparations where controlled dosing is required. For very thick emulsions or gel textures, we recommend first testing the behaviour of the dispenser with the specific formulation in order to verify smooth operation, back suction and complete closing without leakage.
The packaging can be reused repeatedly, provided that basic hygiene principles are observed. Before filling, we recommend washing the bottle thoroughly, rinsing it and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After applying the disinfectant, allow the packaging to air out and dry completely, and only then fill it with the final product. It is also appropriate to disinfect the dispensing part according to the nature of the formulation and the manufacturer’s recommended procedure.
We recommend storing filled bottles in a dry and clean place, protected from direct sunlight and significant temperature fluctuations. Always check that the dispenser is tightly closed in order to minimise evaporation of volatile components and the risk of contamination. For sensitive formulations, also follow the storage recommendations for the specific formula (for example lower temperature or limited air access) and adjust the storage conditions accordingly.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition given in the parameter table for the product. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in sorted glass collection after removing any residue of the contents. The dispenser may be made of several materials (plastic, metal components), so it is advisable to separate it as far as possible and sort it in accordance with local waste management rules. Before handing it over for collection, we recommend rinsing the packaging to minimise residues of cosmetic preparations in the waste stream.
