The black dropper cap with tamper-evident ring is a practical closure designed for safe and precise dispensing of liquids from cosmetic and pharmaceutical bottles. Thanks to the integrated dropper insert, it enables controlled dripping, which is ideal for products where the exact amount for application is important. The tamper-evident ring at the same time provides visual verification of first opening, thereby increasing the end customer’s confidence in the integrity of the contents.
This type of closure is popular for formulations that require clean and targeted application – from serums and active solutions to aromatherapeutic blends. A suitably chosen combination of dropper cap and bottle reduces the risk of contamination of the contents, minimizes waste and enhances the professional impression of the final product.
This dropper cap is intended as a functional closure for selected types of bottles and vials offered by Handymade.sk. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The dropper cap is designed for gradual and precise dosing. After screwing it onto a compatible bottle, gently tilt the bottle or turn it upside down and let the drops drip freely. Vigorous shaking is not recommended in order to avoid uncontrolled spraying or excessive flow, especially with very fluid formulations.
The dropper cap can be reused provided that strict hygiene standards are observed and always with the same type of product. Before each new filling we recommend thoroughly cleaning the dropper cap and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% denatured plant ethanol. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely so that no residual moisture enters the product.
The suitability of the dropper cap depends on the viscosity and character of your formulation. For first use we recommend carrying out trial filling into several pieces, testing the dripping speed, the sealing during longer standing and the behaviour of the product during transport. If the product is very thick, the dropper cap may dose more slowly; for very thin preparations check that the flow is not too fast and that dripping does not occur outside the intended application area.
If you decide not to use the dropper cap further, we recommend first emptying it of any product residues and, according to the material used, placing it in the appropriate separated waste stream in accordance with local recycling rules. Information about the material can be found in the product parameters in the Handymade.sk online shop. In the case of a combination of several materials it may be necessary to separate the individual parts or to dispose of the dropper cap in mixed waste if this is required by local regulations.
