Black plastic cream dispenser 18 mm with smoked cap is a practical packaging component designed for precise and comfortable dispensing of thicker emulsions, creams and gels. Thanks to the construction of the dispensing head, it allows hygienic withdrawal of the contents without unnecessary contact with fingers, which contributes to longer stability and quality of formulations. The smoked cap at the same time protects the dispensing part from dust and impurities and gives the final product a professional appearance.
Before fitting the dispenser, check whether the packaging has the same neck type as this dispenser and whether the edge of the neck is clean, dry and undamaged. Place the dispenser onto the neck, screw or close it evenly according to the construction and gently tighten so that the thread is not overloaded. We then recommend performing a short sealing test – turn the packaging with the product upside down and check whether there is any leakage around the thread or the dispensing head.
The dispenser can be used repeatedly while maintaining functionality and hygiene principles. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the dispenser and the entire packaging and subsequently disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely so that water is not retained in the dispenser, which could affect the stability of your formulation.
To ensure smooth operation of the dispenser, it is advisable to avoid unnecessary soiling with dried cream at the outlet of the pump and under the cap. If the dispensing head becomes dirty, wipe it with a clean cloth or paper towel and, if necessary, clean it locally with a small amount of alcohol. It is not recommended to forcibly disassemble the internal mechanism so that the seals and spring are not damaged. For thick formulations, it is advisable, after the first filling, to press the dispenser several times empty until the system is completely primed and begins to dose evenly.
If you do not plan to use the dispenser repeatedly, we recommend, after emptying it, cleaning it of cream residues and following the sorting recommendations according to the type of plastic material given in the product parameters. Most plastic components are sorted into the plastic container; for combined materials or spring parts, it may be necessary to separate individual pieces according to local waste sorting rules. It is always advisable to verify the current recommendations with the local waste management service provider so that the packaging is recycled as efficiently as possible.
