The glossy black-and-gold plastic sprayer 18/415 is an elegant and functional dispensing component for modern cosmetic and hygiene products. Thanks to the well-designed head shape, high-quality spray pattern and comfortable actuation, it is suitable for gentle, even atomization of liquid formulations. Reliable closure and precise dosing help protect the contents of the bottle and increase user comfort during everyday use.
This sprayer is intended to be mounted on compatible plastic or glass bottles with the appropriate neck type. The bottles on Handymade are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

The sprayer can be reused provided that hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the sprayer head itself, rinse them with a suitable cleaning solution and then disinfect them. For disinfection we recommend using alcohol-based products, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely in order to minimize the risk of contamination of the new filling.
Uneven spraying or clogging is most often caused by a more viscous formulation or deposits in the nozzle. We recommend unscrewing the sprayer head, rinsing the dip tube and the nozzle with lukewarm water and then, if necessary, with an alcohol suitable for cosmetic packaging. For formulations with a higher content of solid particles or very viscous components, it is advisable to adjust the recipe so that it is sufficiently fluid for the sprayer. After rinsing, allow the components to dry and then test the functionality with a small amount of product.
The resistance of the sprayer to different types of formulations depends on the specific raw materials used and their concentration. In general it is suitable for common cosmetic and hygiene preparations, including many products containing alcohol. However, with a high proportion of alcohol, essential oils or other aggressive substances, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – fill a smaller volume, observe the behaviour of the material, the seals and the quality of spraying over time, and only then start filling the full batch.
If you decide not to reuse the sprayer and the corresponding bottle, we recommend recycling them according to the information given in the parameter table for the product. Before disposal, check the material symbol and any remaining product residues in the packaging. It is advisable to empty the container and the sprayer as much as possible and, depending on the material type, place them in the appropriate separated waste stream. By following local recycling rules you will support more responsible handling of packaging materials and a reduction in the amount of mixed waste.

By combining filters you can quickly find compatible bottles with sprayers, pumps or screw caps according to the character of your formulation.
