The sprayer is intended mainly for low-viscosity liquids such as face and body waters, hydrolats, light hair sprays or disinfectant solutions. For thicker emulsions or oil blends, spraying may be limited. Before final use we always recommend carrying out a compatibility test – checking whether the sprayer doses the product evenly and without clogging.

The sprayer can be used repeatedly with the same or a similar type of product if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling it is necessary to clean and disinfect the packaging thoroughly – for example with a suitable alcohol-based preparation such as isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. In this way you minimise the risk of microbial contamination and residues of the previous formulation that could affect the stability and fragrance of the new product.

First we recommend disassembling the sprayer to the extent allowed by its construction (unscrewing it from the neck of the container, possibly removing the cap). Rinse it with clean water, if necessary with a mild non-aggressive cleaning agent, and then rinse with distilled water. For disinfection use an appropriate amount of alcohol, for example the products IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, which you can briefly pump through the sprayer mechanism. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature.

Before recycling it is advisable to remove product residues by rinsing with clean water. The method of sorting depends on the type of plastic material indicated in the product parameters and the corresponding recycling symbol. According to this, place the packaging into the appropriate container for separated waste (usually plastic). If the sprayer is composed of several materials, follow the local waste-sorting rules – in case of doubt you can hand it in at a collection yard or ask your waste collection provider. By recycling you minimise the amount of waste and support responsible handling of packaging.
