Plastic spray pump 18/415, black top 115 mm is a practical solution for even application of liquid preparations in facial, body and hair care. The fine mist ensures comfortable dosing and helps reduce product consumption, which is ideal for cosmetic as well as artisan formulations.
This type of packaging component is designed to provide reliable spraying even with more viscous liquids, such as toners, facial and body waters or home cleaning solutions. In combination with a suitable bottle, it creates a functional and visually clean package that supports the professional appearance of your products.
This spray pump is intended for use with compatible bottles with the corresponding neck type, creating a fully functional package with spray dosing. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging works reliably with your specific product.

It is located at the top of the page after clicking on the selected category and allows you to filter packaging by neck type, size, colour and material. Thanks to this, you can easily find a compatible container for this spray pump and tailor the final packaging exactly to your product.
You can reuse the spray pump under certain conditions, but we always recommend following strict hygiene rules. Before each new filling, it is necessary to completely clean and disinfect both the bottle and the spray pump, ideally using disinfectants such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after thorough rinsing and drying is the packaging ready again for safe use.
The spray pump is ideal for liquid products that require a fine and even application to a surface or the skin. It is excellent for facial and body waters, hydrolats, hair toners, air fresheners, fabric sprays or light cleaning solutions. For very viscous or highly oily formulations, we recommend a test filling to verify the smoothness of spraying and the suitability of dosing.
We recommend verifying compatibility with a trial batch of the product, which you fill into the selected bottle fitted with this spray pump. Monitor the sealing at the neck area, any leakage, the quality of spraying, and the behaviour of the plastic parts in contact with the formulation over several days. For products containing alcohol, essential oils or other active ingredients, such testing is particularly important so that you can be sure of the long-term functionality and aesthetics of the packaging.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend its responsible disposal by recycling. First, use up or dispose of the remaining contents in an environmentally friendly way according to the type of product. Then mechanically clean the packaging from product residues and separate the individual parts (bottle, spray pump, any additional components) according to the material specified in the product parameters in the table on the page. Finally, sort each part into the appropriate collection container according to local recycling rules, to ensure the most efficient possible recovery of the material.
