Before final use, we recommend testing how the specific serum behaves in contact with the packaging during prolonged storage.

Can I use this bottle repeatedly for different products?

The bottle can be reused provided that you follow basic hygiene principles and thoroughly remove residues of the original product between fillings. Before each new filling, the packaging needs to be cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol, for example using the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. This way you minimise the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the fragrance, colour or stability of the new formulation.

How should I properly clean and disinfect the glass dropper bottle before refilling?

Before reuse, first rinse the bottle mechanically with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent to remove visible product residues. Then rinse the packaging thoroughly with clean water and allow it to dry. In the next step, it is necessary to disinfect both the bottle and the dropper using high-percentage alcohol, for example IPA 99 or ethanol 96%. Pour the alcohol into the packaging or use a spray, let it act, and remove any excess. Only after the alcohol has completely evaporated is the packaging ready for a new filling.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material composition listed in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle can usually be disposed of in the glass container once product residues have been removed. The dropper and plastic or rubber parts should be separated and sorted according to local regulations for the collection of plastics or mixed waste, where precise sorting is not possible.
