Glass dropper bottle with black cap and dropper insert represents a professional solution for packaging liquid preparations where precise and hygienic drop-by-drop application is required. Thanks to the integrated dropper, it allows convenient dosing of various solutions, oils or serums directly from the bottle without the need for additional tools. The dark glass helps protect the sensitive contents from the effects of light, thereby supporting the stability and shelf life of formulations.
This type of bottle is popular for the production of cosmetics, aromatherapeutic blends and concentrated extracts, where not only the aesthetics of the packaging but also the reliable protection of the contents is important. The glass material is dimensionally stable, resistant to common cosmetic and chemical components and, in combination with the sealing dropper, helps to minimize the product’s contact with air during everyday use.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Yes, the glass bottle is generally also suitable for formulations containing essential oils and aromatic components, provided they are correctly dosed within the formula. Before starting regular production, we recommend performing a trial filling to verify the behavior of the glass, dropper and seal in contact with the specific composition, as well as the long-term stability of the product during storage.
The packaging can be used repeatedly in home and artisanal production, always under strict hygiene conditions. Before each new filling, the bottle, cap and dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example with the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. Only after complete drying and airing is the packaging ready for refilling.
Before first use, we recommend mechanically rinsing the glass bottle, removing any possible production dust and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based product. After applying the disinfectant, it is important to let the packaging dry and air naturally so that any alcohol residues can evaporate. When reusing, proceed in the same way and always check that the packaging is not mechanically damaged or contaminated by residue from the previous formulation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend sorting it into separated waste collection according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass bottle is usually placed in the container designated for glass, while plastic or composite parts of the cap and dropper should be separated and sorted according to local rules for plastic collection or mixed waste. Before recycling, it is ideal to rinse the packaging to remove significant product residues in order to facilitate further material processing.
