Glass bottle made of clear, high-quality glass with a practical closure provides a reliable container for cosmetic formulations, laboratory solutions and artisan products in small batches. The smooth, transparent glass enables immediate visual inspection of the contents, which you will appreciate when preparing and dispensing liquid and slightly viscous preparations. The bottle is designed as a universal container for various types of fillings, which makes it easy to include in your product portfolio as well as in test batches.
Thanks to the stable glass and quality closure, the container is suitable for liquid solutions, serums, oils and low-viscosity emulsions, helping to maintain their consistency and minimise contact with the external environment. The transparent walls are ideal wherever control of colour, clarity and any sediment is important, for example with macerates, extracts or trial samples.
The glass bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test – verify sealing, dosing accuracy and the behaviour of the container in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, pH, alcohol content, oil or water base, etc.).

The glass bottle is designed to safely serve for packaging various cosmetic preparations, including facial serums, oil blends and toners. The stable glass is neutral towards common cosmetic ingredients, does not affect the fragrance or colour of the product and, with a properly selected closure, allows precise dosing as well as comfortable use as part of daily facial and body care.
The container can be reused, provided basic hygiene principles are observed and appropriate cleaning is carried out between individual fillings. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally with high-percentage alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol available as the product IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol (/ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/) or plant-derived ethanol (/etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/). This minimises the risk of microbial contamination as well as undesirable reactions between residues of the previous product and the new formulation.
Before refilling, we recommend first rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution or with warm water and a mild detergent, then rinsing thoroughly with clean water and allowing it to dry completely. After mechanical cleaning, the disinfection step is important – treat the inner surface and the neck of the bottle with high-percentage alcohol, for example IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol (/ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/) or 96 % ethanol (/etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/). After the alcohol has evaporated, the bottle is ready for a new filling.
If you decide not to use the container any further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material specified in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, place the glass component in the appropriate glass container according to the locally applicable waste sorting rules. Sort the closure, any inserts and other components according to the material indicated in the parameter table for the product – it is advisable to separate the individual parts from each other so that they can be correctly processed in the recycling system.
