Thanks to the stable material, the glass bottle is also suitable for formulations containing natural oils, plant extracts and active substances that are sensitive to external influences. The smooth inner surface of the glass minimizes interactions between the packaging and the product, which is advantageous for cosmetics with a more demanding composition. Before final implementation we always recommend carrying out an internal stability test with the specific recipe.

The packaging can be reused provided that hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be mechanically cleaned (from residues of the previous product), thoroughly rinsed and subsequently disinfected with an approved disinfectant, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let the packaging dry completely at room temperature and only then fill it again.

The shiny dispenser is designed for comfortable use with normally viscous oils and lighter emulsions. For thicker formulations we recommend testing pumpability, uniformity of dosing and the return of the dispenser after pressing. As part of the test, observe whether the dispenser does not leak, whether excessive foam is not formed and whether it is able to dispense the required amount of product without problems under normal use.

If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting regulations. The glass part of the packaging can usually be placed in the container designated for glass after removing any remaining contents. It is advisable to separate the dispenser and plastic or metal components before sorting and place them into the appropriate collection container according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. Before recycling, it is practical to rinse the packaging in order to minimize residues of the cosmetic product.

We recommend storing filled bottles in a dry, clean and shaded place, protected from direct sunlight and significant temperature fluctuations. The dispenser should always be tightly closed in order to minimize contact of the contents with air and contamination. For products with a higher proportion of volatile or sensitive ingredients it is advisable to follow the formulator’s recommendations regarding storage and shelf life, so that the declared quality and stability of the cosmetics are maintained.
