The glass bottle with nasal spray is a high-quality, functional packaging solution for nasal solutions, hydrating sprays, natural blends and other liquid formulations requiring precise dosing into the nasal cavity. Thanks to the combination of a glass vial and a special nasal sprayer, it enables safe, controlled and hygienic use of the product directly at the site of application.
The packaging is designed to protect the contents from external environmental influences while ensuring a fine, even mist. Glass is a stable, long-established material, suitable for packaging various cosmetic and application blends where an accurate dose and minimised contact of the contents with air are important.
This glass bottle with nasal spray is supplied as a functional combination of vial and nasal sprayer. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to be sure that the packaging works reliably with your particular product.

The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each refilling, the bottle, sprayer and all parts that come into contact with the contents must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution (for example, products available in the Handymade range such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % denatured plant ethanol). Only after the alcohol has completely dried and ventilated is the packaging ready to be refilled.
Before reuse we recommend thoroughly rinsing the bottle with warm water and a suitable, well-soluble cleaning agent, then rinsing it several times with clean water and allowing it to dry. After mechanical cleaning, disinfection with alcohol is required – for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. It is advisable to press the spray head several times with a small amount of disinfectant solution so that the inner capillary is also flushed through. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly.
The nasal sprayer is primarily designed for low-viscosity liquids, such as aqueous solutions, saline solutions, hydrolats or light water-alcohol blends. Formulations that are too thick or oily may restrict the flow and uniformity of spraying. Before filling, we recommend testing the spray performance with a small amount of your specific formula and, if necessary, adjusting the viscosity or ratio of ingredients.

It allows you to easily filter by neck type, size, colour and material, and quickly narrow your selection down to the packaging options that are most suitable for your specific product and application method.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the recommendations given in the product parameter table. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in the appropriate glass container after emptying and rinsing, while the plastic sprayer part must be sorted according to the specified material type. Before placing it in sorted waste, remove any remaining product from the packaging so that it does not affect the subsequent recycling process.
