Glass perfume atomizer 10 ml transparent top is a practical and elegant bottle designed for precise and fine spraying of perfume and other liquid blends. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the reliable spray mechanism, it is suitable for filling products that require even distribution in a small amount, without contact with metal or unsuitable plastic. This type of packaging is popular for the production of natural cosmetics, roll-on replacements, travel sizes and samples, where aesthetics, cleanliness and a professional-looking packaging are important.
Glass bottles with atomizer are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters in the packaging materials category. Depending on the specific product, they can be combined for example with screw caps, droppers, other atomizers or practical applicators, which make it possible to adapt the dosing to the character of your formulation. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for products with a higher alcohol content or active substances.

Yes, the packaging can be safely used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray mechanism must be thoroughly cleaned and rinsed; afterwards we recommend disinfecting the packaging with a suitable alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and aired out is the bottle ready for a new filling.
This type of bottle with fine atomizer is ideal for perfumes, light eau de toilette, skin and floral waters, facial mists, hair tonics and aromatherapeutic blends intended to be sprayed into the air or onto textiles. We always recommend checking the compatibility of the specific formulation with the packaging, especially in the case of a high alcohol content or essential oils.
To maintain the smooth operation of the atomizer, it is advisable to avoid very thick or heavily thickened emulsions that could clog the nozzle. When changing the type of filling, we recommend flushing the mechanism with warm water and then with a small amount of alcohol, which helps remove residues of fragrance components. After flushing, let all parts dry thoroughly and only then refill the bottle.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling its individual parts according to the material specified in the parameter table at the product on the Handymade.sk website. The glass bottle can usually, after cleaning and removing any product residues, be placed in a glass container. The plastic and metal parts of the atomizer should be separated and sorted according to the recommendations of the local waste collection system. When recycling, always follow the information on the material in the product parameters and the local waste sorting rules.

In the advanced filter it is possible to combine several criteria at once – for example the type and size of the neck, the overall size of the packaging, the colour or the material. Thanks to this, you can easily choose a bottle, medicine bottle, jar or pot that best corresponds to the character of your product and the dosing method.
Before deploying the packaging into serial production, we recommend testing the compatibility of your formulation with the glass and with the spray mechanism. Focus in particular on the sealing of the closure, the stability of the fragrance and appearance of the product after filling, the behaviour during long-term storage and the uniformity of dosing during repeated use. It is advisable to carry out the test at different temperatures and with handling that simulates real conditions of transport and use by the end customer.
