Black dropper with safety ring 84 mm is a practical closure designed for precise and hygienic dosing of liquid formulations into a suitable bottle or pharmaceutical vial. The reliable safety ring contributes to securely closing the packaging and minimizes the risk of unintended opening during storage or transport. Thanks to the precise dropper insert, the dropper is suitable for products where the dose in individual drops matters.
This dropper is intended for use with a compatible bottle or pharmaceutical vial according to the neck parameters specified for the particular packaging. Packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the chosen container and dropper work together optimally with your product.

When choosing a bottle, it is important that the neck and thread type match the dropper parameters given with the product. We recommend choosing vials and bottles from the same packaging category, where verified combinations with this closure are already prepared. Always perform a sealing and dosing test with the specific formulation so that you can be sure of proper functionality in practice.
The dropper is primarily designed for low to medium-viscosity liquids where drop-by-drop dosing is desired. With more viscous oils or gel-like formulations, the flow may be slower, so we always recommend carrying out a practical test with your specific formula and, if needed, considering another type of closure or applicator.
The dropper can be reused if hygienic principles are followed, as long as it does not show signs of damage or wear. Before each new filling, the dropper and bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% denatured plant-based ethanol. Only afterwards is it appropriate to refill the packaging in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination and product degradation.
If you decide not to reuse the dropper, we recommend first emptying any product residues and separating it according to the material composition listed in the product parameters for the particular packaging. The individual parts of the dropper (for example plastic and any additional components) should then be placed into the appropriate sorted waste stream in line with local recycling rules. If anything is unclear, follow the pictograms and the information in the parameter table on the product page.
