The glass bottle with a glossy black surface and a white-gold spray pump is an elegant and functional packaging, particularly suitable for delicate cosmetic preparations that require precise and hygienic dosing in the form of a mist. Thanks to the high-quality glass and precise spray pump, it is suitable for filling liquid products where even application to the skin, hair or into the air is important.
The opaque dark glass helps protect the sensitive contents from the effects of light and contributes to longer formula stability. The packaging is ideal for formulations with a higher share of active ingredients, aromatic components or fragrance compositions that require reliable protection and comfortable use.
This glass bottle with a spray pump forms a functional unit of packaging + dispensing element, designed for direct use without the need for additional components. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify suitability for your particular product.

Glass is generally considered a very stable and inert material, so in most cases it is also suitable for formulas containing alcohol or essential oils. However, we always recommend performing your own stability test of your specific formulation in this packaging, in order to verify the behaviour of the fragrance, viscosity and any change in appearance during storage.
The spray pump is designed to create an even application mist with liquid, low-viscosity preparations. For optimal results, we recommend formulations with a light consistency without larger solid particles that could clog the nozzle. Before final filling, always test the dosing on a sample of the product.
The packaging can be reused if strict hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using suitable alcohol-based disinfectant products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This will minimize the risk of microbial contamination and changes in the stability of the new batch of product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in the container for glass, while the plastic components of the spray pump should be separated and sorted into the relevant collection according to the type of plastic given in the product parameters. Before handing it over for recycling, empty the packaging and, if possible, rinse it with residual water to minimize the amount of product residues.
The simplest solution is to use the advanced filter in the relevant packaging category. After clicking on the category, a filtering option will appear at the top of the page, where you can select parameters such as neck type, size, colour or packaging material. By combining these filters, you will quickly narrow down the range to packaging options that best match the needs of your specific product and the visual style of your brand.
We recommend storing filled packaging in a dry, clean place, protected from direct sunlight and excessive heat. The dark glass itself already helps reduce the impact of light, but the optimal solution is to combine it with a stable room temperature and to minimize frequent opening or handling. In this way you will support longer durability of active ingredients and preserve the sensory properties of the product.
