Green glass roll-on bottle 50 ml is a professional packaging solution for precise, hygienic and comfortable application of liquid formulations. Thanks to the roll-on system, it is particularly suitable for products that are applied in a thin layer directly onto the skin, while the green glass helps to limit light exposure to the more sensitive components of the formulation.
This type of bottle is ideal as a final container for various cosmetic and aromatherapeutic preparations where controlled application without finger contact with the contents is important. The high-quality glass is stable, does not react with common raw materials and supports safe storage even during long-term use of the product.
Glass roll-on bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) depending on the parameters selected for the specific product. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (seal integrity, dosing and the behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for products with a higher content of alcohol, essential oils or acids.

Before the first filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and drying the bottle and the roll-on mechanism. It is then important to disinfect the packaging – for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. The disinfectant solution should be allowed to act, then the glass should be left to air out and dry completely so that no residual moisture or alcohol is transferred into the finished product.
The glass roll-on bottle can be reused with careful handling, provided that basic hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be completely emptied, mechanically cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol (for example IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 %). Only after the bottle and accessories are completely dry do we recommend refilling, in order to maintain the stability and microbiological safety of your formulation.
The glass roll-on bottle is ideal for products that are applied locally and in small amounts – for example oil perfumes, aromatherapeutic blends for sleep or concentration, natural deodorants, facial and eye oil serums, products for massaging the temples, wrists or neck area, and various intensive treatments containing essential oils. Thanks to the ball applicator, the contents can be distributed evenly over the skin without unnecessary waste and without contaminating the contents with your fingers.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition indicated in the product parameters. The glass bottle can usually be sorted into the container designated for glass after thorough emptying and cleaning. The roll-on mechanism and the closure are often made of plastic – these must be separated and sorted into the appropriate plastic container, provided they are suitable for recycling according to the marking. Always follow local sorting rules and the information given for the specific product on the Handymade website.
