These are mainly facial and body toners, hydrolats, refreshers, hair tonics, leave-in hair products, aromatherapeutic and interior sprays or disinfectant solutions. For formulations with a higher oil content or higher viscosity, we recommend testing the spraying performance in advance on a small trial batch.

For optimal performance of the spray dispenser it is important to use clear or slightly viscous liquids without larger undissolved particles that could clog the mechanism. After filling the bottle, you should check that the spray head is properly tightened and press the pump several times to vent the system. If you plan to work with a preparation containing plant particles or pigments, it is recommended to sieve or filter the product through a fine sieve or filter. For long-term storage it is advisable to occasionally check the cleanliness of the nozzle and, if necessary, gently clean it.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend placing it in separate collection according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass bottle can usually be placed, after basic rinsing, into the glass container in accordance with local recycling rules. The plastic part of the spray dispenser is recycled as plastic waste, provided that the sorting system in your municipality allows it. Before handing it over for collection, it is advisable to separate the individual parts and remove product residues in order to facilitate further processing.
