10 ml glass bottle with black aluminium cap is a practical and aesthetic packaging, ideal for precise dosing of smaller amounts of liquids. High-quality glass and a solid metal closure create a reliable container suitable for various cosmetic and technical formulations where protection of the contents, cleanliness and easy handling are important.
Thanks to the stable glass and high-quality closure, this bottle is suitable for filling products that require safe storage, minimisation of contact with air and comfortable use during daily application. The packaging is also suitable for small test samples, travel sizes and professional use in cosmetic or craft workshops.
The bottle can be reused if basic hygiene principles are followed and it is handled appropriately. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, which you can find on the pages IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol 1 l and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based 1 l. Only after the packaging has completely dried is it appropriate to proceed with filling a new formulation.
To simplify the selection of packaging, you can use the advanced filter in the packaging categories. You can clearly filter products by neck type, size, colour and material, which makes it easier to find a suitable combination of packaging and closure for your formulation.
Before first use, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle of any dust, then rinsing it with a suitable cleaning solution and, after drying, disinfecting the surface that comes into contact with the product. For disinfection it is appropriate to use, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol with a high concentration, such as IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol 1 l or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based 1 l. After the alcohol has completely evaporated and the packaging has dried, it is ready for filling.
The bottle is ideal for concentrated cosmetic formulations such as serums, oil elixirs, vegetable oils, aromatic blends or perfume compositions in a smaller volume. Thanks to its compact dimensions, it is also suitable for travel sizes, tester samples and products intended for precise dosing by drops or via a fine applicator, depending on the chosen closure type.
We recommend storing filled glass bottles well closed, in a dry environment and protected from direct sunlight and significant temperature fluctuations. It is advisable to choose a place away from sources of heat and moisture (radiators, a bathroom without ventilation, etc.) in order to maintain the stability of the contents and the integrity of the closure. For products sensitive to light, storage in closed cabinets or outer packaging is advantageous.
If you decide not to continue using the bottle, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material type indicated in the product parameters. Glass parts can usually be placed in the container designated for glass after emptying and basic cleaning of product residues. The metal closure should be sorted with metal packaging, if the collection system in your area allows it.
