Glass bottle with cream dispenser is a professional packaging intended for hygienic and precise dispensing of thicker emulsions, creams and serums. Thanks to the durable glass and functional pump mechanism, it provides a stable environment for sensitive formulations and helps reduce the product’s contact with air and contamination from the external environment. The darker glass of the bottle also contributes to better protection of light-sensitive components and extends their stability during use.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dispenser and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill them with a fresh formulation.
The cream dispenser should first be mechanically rinsed with warm water and a mild cleaning agent until cream residues are removed from the tube and pump. We then recommend thoroughly rinsing with clean water and finally disinfecting with an alcohol solution. After disinfection, allow all parts to drain thoroughly and dry at room temperature so that moisture does not accumulate inside the system, which could affect further use.
The bottle is ideal for thicker and medium-viscosity formulations that need to be dispensed in small amounts – for example face creams, emulsions, gels, serums, hand treatment products or local creamy concentrates. Thanks to the dispenser, it allows precise and hygienic application without the need to dip fingers into the product, which is particularly suitable for formulations with a higher content of active ingredients or for products intended for sensitive areas.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material types specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in a glass container after removing any product residues. The plastic parts of the dispenser (pump, tube) are generally sorted as plastic waste according to local sorting rules. Before handing over for collection, it is advisable to at least roughly rinse the packaging to minimise cosmetic residues in the recycling stream.
When choosing packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find in the upper part of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the filter you can easily select parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material, as well as other properties according to the specific product. This allows you to quickly find bottles, vials, jars or pots that will best match your formulation and the desired design.
Before final filling we recommend preparing a smaller trial batch of the product and filling one bottle with it. Then observe the behaviour of the formulation over several days to weeks – focus on changes in colour, odour and consistency, as well as on the functionality of the dispenser (smooth pumping, no clogging, tightness of the closure). Store the packaging under the conditions in which the product will actually be used. If no undesirable changes occur, the packaging is suitable for larger-scale production as well.
