Green glass bottle with black-gold glossy “thank you” dispenser, transparent top 50 ml represents an elegant and professional packaging suitable for carefully formulated products where both the visual impression and reliable protection of the contents are important. The green glass helps protect more sensitive components from light and contributes to the stability of the product, while the high-quality glass ensures hygienic and safe packaging of liquid and slightly viscous preparations. The decorative black-gold “thank you” motif gives the packaging a representative character and makes it a suitable choice for limited editions, gift sets and premium collections.
This glass bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closure and dispensing systems according to the parameters selected for the product – for example with screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the selected packaging works reliably with your final product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the glass bottle is suitable for various oil, aromatic and cosmetic blends that require a stable and inert packaging. Glass is a material that generally tolerates plant oils, essential oils and cosmetic active ingredients well. However, for very concentrated or unusual components, we recommend carrying out your own compatibility and long-term stability test of your specific formulation in this packaging.
The glass packaging can be reused repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the packaging has been correctly cleaned and dried is it appropriate to refill the bottle, ideally with the same or a similar type of product, so as to minimise the risk of residues from the original formulation.
Before both first and repeated use, we recommend first mechanically cleaning the bottle (rinsing it with a suitable cleaning agent or a neutral detergent, depending on the type of residues), rinsing it thoroughly with clean water and allowing it to dry. Then, the packaging must be disinfected – for professional use, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol has proved effective. After disinfection, allow the bottle to dry completely at room temperature and only then fill it with your product. By following this procedure, you support both the hygienic safety and the stability of the final product.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first completely emptying it and wiping or rinsing off any remaining product according to the nature of the contents. Then, assign the bottle to sorted waste in accordance with the material designation in the product parameters on the website – glass parts normally belong in the container designated for glass, while it is advisable to separate plastic or metal components of the closure and sort them according to their material, where technically possible. By following the recycling recommendations in the product parameter table, you support sustainable handling of packaging and its further material recovery.
To quickly find suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the selected category (for example bottles, vials or jars). In the advanced filter you can tailor your selection according to several parameters – especially according to the neck type, required size, colour and material. By combining these criteria, you can easily select packaging that will meet the technical and aesthetic requirements of your specific product.
