The glass bottle with dispenser represents a practical and aesthetic packaging for liquid formulations, suitable for cosmetic products as well as for formulations with higher added value. High-quality glass combined with functional dispensing helps protect the contents from environmental influences and allows precise, hygienic and economical use of the product. Thanks to the stable material, the bottle is ideal for packaging various types of solutions, serums, emulsions or other liquid preparations where controlled application and a professional appearance of the final product are important.
This set of bottle and dispensing mechanism is designed to ensure functional, comfortable and uniform dosing during normal use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for products with an unconventional composition or a higher proportion of active substances.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if correct hygiene procedures are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispensing part must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and evaporated is the bottle ready for refilling, which reduces the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of the final product.
After the contents have been used up, it is suitable to first rinse the packaging with a remaining compatible solvent (for example a vegetable oil for oil-based formulations or water for aqueous solutions), then use a mild cleaning agent and rinse thoroughly with clean water. After drying, we recommend disinfecting the inner space and the dispensing part with alcohol, for example using the preparations IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Packaging prepared in this way is suitable for further use, provided that the principles of hygienic work are observed.
This type of bottle with dispenser is most suitable for liquid to medium-viscosity formulations such as serums, light emulsions, fluids, liquid treatments or oil blends. For very thick creams, dosing may be less comfortable. Before large-scale filling, we recommend testing the behaviour of your specific recipe in the packaging – in particular the smoothness of dosing, the possibility of the dispenser clogging and the stability of the product during longer storage in the closed bottle.
If you decide not to use the bottle further, we recommend recycling it according to the material types given in the product parameters. The glass part can usually be placed, after emptying and rinsing, in the separate collection for glass. The dispensing part, which is usually a combination of plastic and any metal components, should be separated from the glass and handled according to local waste sorting rules. Always adapt the exact way of placing in individual collection containers to the official recommendations in your municipality and to the information in the product parameter table on the page.
