The glass bottle with spray closure represents a professional packaging for liquid products where gentle, even and hygienic dosing in the form of a mist is important. The dark glass helps to limit light penetration, which contributes to the stability of sensitive formulations and extends their usability when stored correctly. It is particularly suitable for smaller product batches, samples, travel sizes and final products ready for sale.
Thanks to the high‑quality glass and functional spray mechanism, this cosmetic dropper bottle is suitable for packaging various liquid preparations that require controlled dosing without direct contact with the contents. The packaging is also suitable for users looking for an aesthetic and reclosable solution for home and professional formulations.
This glass bottle is a standalone packaging that is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters in the e‑shop. It can be combined with screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators, allowing it to be adapted to the specific type of product and the desired mode of application.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the type of dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (especially with a higher proportion of alcohol, essential oils or acidic or alkaline components).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters.
Before first use, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle, the spray mechanism and the tube, and then disinfecting them. To disinfect the inner surface of the packaging, you can use a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. After rinsing with the disinfectant solution, allow the packaging and the spray to evaporate thoroughly and dry completely before proceeding to fill with the final product.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled appropriately. However, with every change of contents or after the original product has been used up, it is necessary to clean the bottle and the sprayer thoroughly and then disinfect them, for example using isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol. Adhering to hygiene principles (clean working tools, gloves, filtering or straining the products) helps to minimize microbiological risks and to maintain the quality of the filled preparations.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend placing it in sorted waste collection according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass part can generally be placed in the container intended for glass, while the plastic spray (head, tube, any seals) should be separated and placed in plastic collection, or handled according to local collection rules. Before recycling, empty the bottle, remove any remaining contents and, if possible, rinse the packaging with water to reduce the amount of residual product in the waste.
When choosing the packaging, it is important to take into account the composition of the product – in particular the content of alcohol, essential oils, acids or alkaline substances. We recommend always preparing a small test batch, which you fill into the bottle and leave for several days to weeks under normal storage conditions. During the test, monitor changes in the appearance of the contents, colour, fragrance, any sedimentation, as well as the tightness and functionality of the spray (uniformity of atomization, any clogging). All combinations of packaging and closures offered on Handymade are basically tested, but the final compatibility with your formulation must always be confirmed by your own testing.
To make selection easier, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging category. In the advanced filter, it is possible to combine several criteria at once – for example the type and size of the neck, the overall size of the packaging, the colour or the material. Thanks to this, you can quickly narrow down bottles, dropper bottles, jars or pots that best meet the requirements of your product and the planned dosing.
