Can this aluminium bottle be used repeatedly?

Yes, the packaging can be reused provided that hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant-based ethanol. Proper cleaning and disinfection minimise the risk of microbial contamination and help preserve the quality of your products.

How should I clean the sprayer correctly so that it does not clog and remains functional?

After the contents have been used up, we recommend rinsing the sprayer several times with warm (not boiling) water and then pumping a small amount of clean water through the mechanism to remove any product residues inside. For thicker or oily formulations, it is advisable to repeat the rinsing and, after cleaning, to perform a short pumping of a solution containing alcohol, which helps disinfect the internal parts. Allow the sprayer to dry at room temperature in an upright position.

For which type of products is this spray packaging most suitable?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after thoroughly emptying and rinsing it, you place it in the sorted waste according to the material specified in the product parameters. The aluminium body of the bottle is usually disposed of in the container intended for metal packaging, and the plastic sprayer in the plastic waste (depending on the local sorting system). Before handing it over for recycling, it is advisable to remove any visible product residues to facilitate further processing and the recycling process.
