MONTANOV 68 MB is a high-quality O/W emulsifier based on plant-derived sources, used for the production of natural cosmetics. This emulsifier is a combination of cetyl and cetearyl alcohol together with cetearyl glucoside, which provides mild and stable emulsions.

MONTANOV 68 MB is a universal emulsifier suitable for creating O/W (oil in water) emulsions that are stable and pleasant to the touch. It is produced from natural and renewable sources and is certified as ecological, which makes it ideal for manufacturing natural cosmetics. In addition, it has moisturizing properties that improve skin hydration and support a healthy appearance of the skin. Given its mildness and non-irritating composition, it is also suitable for sensitive skin.

MONTANOV 68 MB is used in the production of various cosmetic products such as creams, facial lotions, serums and other emulsions. It is popular in natural cosmetics for its ability to create light and well-absorbed textures.

The recommended dosage is 3 % to 5 % of the total weight of the product, with the processing temperature between 70 °C and 80 °C. It is stable in the pH range 3 - 12.

This emulsifier ensures a smooth texture and stability of the product, improves spreadability and absorption, helps maintain skin hydration and is suitable for vegan and ecological cosmetics.
