Plastic cream dispenser 18 mm white is a practical and hygienic packaging component designed for precise dispensing of cream, gel or emulsion products. Thanks to the construction of the dosing pump, it helps keep the contents of the bottle protected from excessive contact with air and contamination, which contributes to longer stability and comfortable use of the final product.
The dispenser is designed to ensure even, repeatable and clean dosing in both home and professional cosmetic production. In combination with a suitable bottle or vial, it creates a functional and aesthetic packaging suitable for a wide range of formulations with different viscosities.
This dispenser is intended for use with compatible bottles and vials with a matching neck. The bottles available on Handymade.sk are selected when creating the recommended combinations so that functionality and comfortable use are ensured.
The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The dispenser is designed for dosing common emulsions, creams and gels used in facial and body cosmetics. Before final filling, we always recommend testing the behaviour of the specific formulation – especially in the case of very rich balms or highly viscous products – to verify the smoothness and comfort of dosing during actual use.
The dispenser can be reused if strict hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend disassembling the dispenser to the extent allowed by its construction, cleaning it mechanically and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based product. For disinfection, you can use, for example, the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely, then reassemble the dispenser and use it for filling.
If you do not plan to reuse the dispenser, we recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic indicated in the product parameters on the page. Before disposal, remove any remaining contents so that the packaging is emptied as much as possible. Then place it in the appropriate sorted waste stream according to the recycling symbol and material designation in the product parameter table, so that it can be properly processed within the separate collection system in your municipality or city.
When filling, it is important to work in a clean environment, use sterile or disinfected tools and follow the technological procedure of the formula. It is recommended to fill only after the emulsions have completely cooled to a suitable temperature, so that plastic parts are not damaged and condensation inside the packaging is prevented. Always carry out a test filling of a smaller amount to verify the compatibility of the formula with the dispenser and the entire packaging during storage and use.
