Plastic spray dispenser 18/415 white-silver glossy 100 mm represents a practical and elegant solution for dispensing liquid products in the form of a fine mist. In combination with a suitable bottle or medicine bottle, it creates a professional packaging, which is ideal for cosmetic, hygiene and household preparations. Thanks to precise dosing, it is suitable for products where even and economical application to the skin, hair or a surface is important.
The spray dispenser is primarily intended for less viscous liquids that create a fine mist, such as aqueous solutions, hydrolats, facial toners or alcoholic sprays. With thicker or oil-based formulations, spraying may deteriorate or the mechanism may become clogged. We always recommend carrying out your own test with the specific formula and verifying smooth operation, even dosing and sealing during long-term use.
The tube can be adapted to the specific bottle by simply shortening it with sharp, clean scissors or a cutter. We recommend measuring the internal height of the bottle and shortening the tube so that it reaches as close as possible to the bottom without significant bending. Before filling, it is advisable to carry out a dry test and verify that the spraying is smooth and without air being drawn in.
The packaging set with this spray dispenser can be reused if handled correctly. Before each new filling, it is important to thoroughly clean and disinfect the packaging and the mechanism, in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the product. For disinfecting the internal surfaces, we recommend using an appropriate alcoholic preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to air out thoroughly and dry. If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend sorting it according to the type of plastic given in the product parameters and handing it over to the appropriate separate collection system, so that it can be recycled in accordance with local regulations.
Before handing the packaging over for recycling, we recommend using up the contents and removing any liquid residue by rinsing, according to the nature of the original product. Information about the material composition can be found in the parameter table for the product – based on this, you will classify the components into the appropriate type of sorted waste (for example, plastic packaging into containers intended for plastics). Mechanical parts that cannot be easily separated or that are made of composite materials should be sorted in accordance with the recommendations of the local waste collection system. By recycling, you reduce waste generation and extend the life cycle of the materials used.
