This stand-alone dispenser is intended for combining with a suitable bottle or medicine bottle with a corresponding neck. Bottles with this type of neck are compatible with various types of closures and dosing (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. FAQ – Most frequently asked questions

Is this dispenser suitable for thicker creams or only for liquid products?

The dispenser is designed primarily for liquid and lighter emulsions, such as facial milks, serums or light body milks. Thicker creams or balms may reduce the smoothness of dosing, so we recommend always testing the behaviour of the specific formulation directly in the selected bottle with this dispenser and then adjusting the viscosity of the product or the type of packaging accordingly.

How should I correctly clean and reuse the dispenser for a new batch of product?

The dispenser can be reused if hygiene principles are observed, provided it is not visibly damaged or worn. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly rinsing the system with a suitable cleaning agent, then rinsing with drinking water and allowing it to dry completely. To disinfect the internal surfaces, it is appropriate to use alcohol solutions, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. After disinfection, allow the dispenser to air out and dry thoroughly so that no unwanted dilution of the final product occurs.

How can I safely dispose of and recycle the dispenser if I do not want to use it further?

If you decide not to reuse the dispenser, we recommend, after emptying and basic cleaning, placing it in sorted waste according to the material type specified in the parameter table on the product page. You will find the material designation in the parameters section – according to this, assign the dispenser to the appropriate collection fraction (for example to plastics). For combined plastic components, it is appropriate to follow local waste sorting rules. Before handing over for recycling, remove product residues so that the other sorted material is not contaminated.

Can I combine this dispenser with several types of bottles from the Handymade range?

The dispenser can be combined with various bottles and medicine bottles that have an identical neck and are listed as compatible in the product parameters. When selecting packaging, we recommend checking the technical data and choosing a container that is suitable not only visually, but also in terms of the planned use and the type of formulation. Although the combinations created on Handymade are tested and functional, for each of your own combinations it is advisable to carry out a test of sealing, dosing uniformity and material behaviour in contact with your product.
