The white 18 mm plastic cream dispenser is a practical and hygienic packaging component designed for precise dispensing of creamy, gel or emulsion products. Thanks to the construction of the dosing pump, it helps keep the contents of the bottle protected from excessive contact with air and contamination, which contributes to longer stability and comfortable use of the final product.
The dispenser is designed to ensure even, repeatable and clean dispensing in both home and professional cosmetic production. In combination with a suitable bottle or pharmaceutical bottle, it creates a functional and aesthetic packaging suitable for a wide range of formulations with different viscosities.
This dispenser is intended for use with compatible bottles and pharmaceutical bottles with a matching neck. The bottles available on Handymade.sk are selected when creating the recommended combinations so that functionality and convenient use are ensured.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The dispenser is designed for dispensing common emulsions, creams and gels used in facial and body cosmetics. Before final filling, we always recommend testing the behaviour of the specific formulation – especially for very dense balms or highly viscous products – in order to verify the smoothness and comfort of dispensing during real use.
The dispenser can be reused if strict hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend disassembling the dispenser to the extent allowed by its construction, cleaning it mechanically and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. For disinfection you can use, for example, the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling the dispenser and using it for filling.
If you do not plan to reuse the dispenser, we recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters on the website. Before disposal, remove any product residues so that the packaging is emptied as much as possible. Then sort it into separated waste according to the recycling symbol and material designation in the product parameters table, so that it can be properly processed in the separate collection system in your municipality or city.
When filling, it is important to work in a clean environment, use sterile or disinfected tools and follow the technological procedure of the formulation. It is recommended to fill only after the emulsions have completely cooled to a suitable temperature, in order to prevent damage to the plastic parts and to avoid condensation inside the packaging. Always carry out a trial filling of a smaller quantity to verify the compatibility of the formulation with the dispenser and the entire packaging during storage and use.
