Plastic dispenser 18/415 white‑silver glossy represents an elegant and functional solution for dispensing a wide range of liquid preparations. Thanks to precise and comfortable dosing, it is suitable for professional as well as home use, where control of consumption, clean application and the aesthetic appearance of the entire packaging are important. This type of dispensing head is used mainly for cosmetic and carefully formulated products, where even application and user comfort are essential.
This dispenser is intended for use with compatible bottles and vials with a matching thread, making it possible to create compact and functional packaging for various liquid products. When selecting a suitable container, we recommend following the neck parameters and the intended use for the specific formulation type.
They are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
To select a suitable bottle, jar or dispenser, we recommend using the Advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the filter you can combine several parameters at once – especially the type and size of the neck, the desired size of the packaging, colour and material. Thanks to this, you will quickly find compatible packaging for this dispenser as well and you will be able to assemble a functional and visually harmonised set.
Before putting the dispenser into practical use, we recommend carrying out a small trial test: fill the selected bottle with your formulation, screw on the dispenser and observe the sealing, dosing uniformity and any changes in the material in contact with the product over several days. Also try storing the bottle in a horizontal position and shaking it gently to verify resistance to leakage. If you are working with a content with a higher proportion of oils or active substances, it is recommended to repeat the test for each new batch before starting serial production.
The dispenser can be used repeatedly under certain conditions, but strict hygiene rules must always be observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the dispenser and the corresponding bottle and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol‑based product, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. In this way, you minimise the risk of microbial contamination and undesired changes in product stability during repeated use of the packaging.
Before first use, it is advisable to mechanically clean the packaging from dust, if necessary rinse it with a suitable medium (e.g. deionised water, if this is in line with your technology), allow it to dry completely and then disinfect the internal surfaces and contact parts with alcohol. In practice, alcohol‑based preparations that evaporate quickly and leave no residues have proved practical, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. After disinfection, let the components dry completely and only then proceed to filling.
If you decide not to use the dispenser or the related bottle any further, we recommend first emptying them and removing any product residues. Then sort the packaging according to the material type stated in the parameter table for the specific product on the Handymade website – this will ensure correct inclusion in the recycling stream. In the case of a combination of several materials (for example plastic and a metal spring inside the mechanism), it is ideal to separate the individual parts where possible. By following these principles, you reduce the amount of waste and support the reprocessing of raw materials.
