The white plastic cap with safety ring is a reliable closure for plastic bottles with a matching thread. Thanks to the safety mechanism, it helps to limit unintentional opening during handling, and it also includes a safety ring that indicates tampering of the closure after the first opening. It is suitable for closing liquid and low-viscosity products where safety, hygiene and first-opening control are important.
The closure is intended for plastic bottles with a matching neck according to the product parameters; it is not suitable for GL18 glass vials.The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The cap is compatible only with bottles with a matching neck type according to the product parameters. Before ordering, we recommend checking the neck designation and, in the case of a new combination, performing a tightness and compatibility test with your formula.
The safety ring is used to control first opening. During the first unscrewing, the ring tears/separates, creating a visible sign that the closure has already been opened.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before filling, the packaging must be cleaned and then disinfected, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol (ALK001) or 96 % ethanol (ALK002), and allowed to dry completely.
PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures because deformation may occur. For this reason, we do not recommend boiling the packaging or washing it in a dishwasher; instead choose gentle cleaning followed by disinfection.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Since it is PET plastic, after emptying (and possibly rinsing) it, sort it into the separate plastic collection according to local regulations.
