Plastic sprayer 18/415 black-gold glossy with smoky top is an elegant solution for precise, fine and even application of liquids in cosmetics as well as in home production. Thanks to the practical spray head, it allows comfortable dosing in a fine mist, which is ideal for products where controlled application and economical consumption of the formulation are important. The sprayer is suitable for a wide spectrum of liquid preparations, from light waters to various solutions that are applied directly to the skin, hair or surface. In combination with a suitable bottle, it creates an aesthetically attractive and functional packaging system suitable for small brands, artisan production and professional use.
The sprayer is intended for use with a compatible cosmetic bottle or medicine bottle with a suitable neck according to the specified product parameters. When selecting the bottle, we recommend following the combinations available directly in the Handymade e-shop, where the combinations of packaging and closures are tested and functional. In this way you can conveniently match the sprayer with a plastic or glass container according to the character of your product and the desired design. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verifying sealing, the type and amount of dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (especially for preparations containing alcohol or a higher proportion of essential oils).

The sprayer is intended mainly for low-viscosity liquids, such as facial and body waters, hydrolats, light hair sprays or disinfectant solutions. For thicker emulsions or oil blends, spraying may be limited. Before final use, we always recommend performing a compatibility test – to verify that the sprayer dispenses the product evenly and without clogging.
The sprayer can be used repeatedly with the same or a similar type of product, provided that hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean and disinfect the packaging thoroughly – for example with a suitable alcohol-based preparation such as isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and residues of the previous formulation, which could affect the stability and scent of the new product.
First, we recommend disassembling the sprayer to the extent allowed by its construction (unscrewing it from the neck of the container, possibly loosening the cap). Rinse it with clean water, if necessary with a mild, non-aggressive cleaning agent, and then rinse with distilled water. For disinfection, use an appropriate amount of alcohol, for example the products IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, which you can briefly pump through the sprayer mechanism. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature.
Before recycling, it is advisable to remove product residues by rinsing with clean water. The method of sorting depends on the type of plastic material specified in the product parameters and the relevant recycling mark. According to this, place the packaging in the appropriate container for separated waste (usually plastic). If the sprayer is made from a combination of several materials, follow the local waste-sorting rules – in case of doubt you can hand it in at a collection yard or ask your waste collection provider. By recycling, you minimise the amount of waste and support responsible handling of packaging.
