The plastic bottle with spray pump is a practical packaging solution designed for filling and dispensing various liquid preparations, especially cosmetics and household chemicals. Thanks to the rigid plastic container and high-quality spray head, it enables fine, even application of products in the form of a mist or spray, which increases comfort during use as well as the professional appearance of the final product.
The packaging is designed to reliably hold the contents and make application easier – it is suitable for preparations where even distribution on the skin, hair or surfaces is important. The transparent bottle allows visual control of the contents and remaining amount, which is practical both for home and artisanal production.
This bottle with spray pump forms a complete functional unit that is ready for immediate use without the need for additional components. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging cooperates optimally with your final product.

Yes, the packaging can, with appropriate handling, be used repeatedly. With each new filling, however, it is important to observe basic hygiene principles – the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected. For disinfection, we recommend using high-percentage alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. Only after all parts of the packaging have completely dried is it appropriate to fill the container again with a new product.
Plastic material of the PET type requires gentle handling. It is not suitable to expose it to high temperatures, for example by boiling or pouring in very hot solutions, because there is a risk of deformation of the packaging and deterioration of the sealing performance of the spray pump. The bottle is not intended for cleaning in a dishwasher or for boiling. It is recommended to clean it with lukewarm water and a mild detergent and then disinfect with alcohol, while avoiding long-term contact with extreme temperatures.
The bottle with spray pump is ideal wherever it is necessary to create a fine mist or an even distribution of the product. In practice, it is often used for facial and body sprays, toners, thermal and floral waters, hair sprays, antistatic preparations, air fresheners, textile and interior sprays or light cleaning solutions. Before filling, always check the compatibility of the specific formulation with PET plastic and perform a test of the spray pump functionality.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, it is appropriate, after emptying and rinsing it, to recycle it according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters. Follow the recycling symbol and the recommendation in the parameter table – based on these, sort the packaging into the appropriate plastic container. Before placing it in sorted waste, it is advisable to separate the bottle and the spray head if they are made of different materials. Residues of chemical or cosmetic preparations should not be discharged into nature or into ordinary household waste.
