The transparent plastic bottle with white spray pump represents a practical solution for packaging various liquid products where fine and even atomisation is important. Thanks to the integrated spray pump, it allows comfortable and hygienic application of preparations directly onto the skin, hair, textiles or surfaces. This type of packaging is popular in cosmetics, household and personal care as well as hobby production, where it is necessary to keep the contents under visual control and at the same time ensure practical dispensing without contact with the contents.
The bottle can be used repeatedly as long as it is in good technical condition and you follow basic hygiene rules. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Disinfection helps to reduce the risk of microbial contamination and unwanted changes to the product.
For cleaning PET packaging, we recommend using lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, then rinsing thoroughly and allowing it to dry at room temperature. PET material is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures, so do not boil the packaging or wash it in a dishwasher, where there is a risk of deformation. The spray pump can be rinsed with clean water or a suitable working solution; it is important that no residues of the previous product remain inside, as these could affect the functionality or stability of the new formulation.
This type of packaging is ideal for liquid products that are applied in the form of a fine mist or spray – for example hydrolats, toners, face and body refreshers, hair sprays, textile and home fragrance mists or light cleaning solutions. Always verify suitability for a specific formulation with a trial batch to confirm the compatibility of the bottle material and spray pump with the raw materials used (viscosity, alcohol content, oil phase, etc.).
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the information about the material in the product parameter table. According to the material specified, choose the appropriate separated waste stream (typically the container intended for plastic), empty the packaging before disposal and, if possible, rinse out any product residues. It is advisable to separate the spray pump and bottle from each other if local recycling rules allow this. By following these steps, you support responsible handling of packaging material and its reprocessing.

For formulations with a higher content of alcohol or active substances, we recommend carrying out a stability test and monitoring any changes in the colour, odour or clarity of the product over time.
