For very thin liquids, we recommend performing a test to verify whether the dosing corresponds to the desired method of application and that no unwanted excessive dose occurs.

We recommend verifying compatibility with a practical test: first check the match of the neck type and ensure correct screwing-on without loosening or thread skipping. Then fill a smaller test amount of product, press the dispenser several times and observe dosing smoothness, any leakage around the thread and the behaviour of the product after a certain storage time. In case of changes in viscosity or composition of the formulation, it is advisable to repeat the test.

After emptying the bottle, it is advisable to disassemble the dispenser to the extent allowed by its construction and rinse it in warm water with a suitable cleaning agent. For repeated use, not only mechanical cleaning but also disinfection of the internal parts that come into contact with the product is important – for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. After disinfection, let all parts dry completely, only then assemble the dispenser again and fill it with a new product.
